Wins not counting on Champs
I’ve contacted support in this issue and was told to come here I was just wondering if the wins will somehow be counted or that somehow the people who have won can get the rewards

This has been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks now, with no update from EA at all. I lost out on a few wins last week with no compensation/adjustment, I unfortunately suspect that will still be the case. EA please address this issue, it's ridiculous that it has gone on for so long with no fix or even compensation for those affected.
Having same issue, have 3 games in a row not recorded
