The title that I mentioned is one example, but it really does feel like the recruiting rankings don't translate well to the rankings of a player once they are on your roster. I've had four star bust...

Everything has been random for me. I've had gems be highly rated at the end of their career and I've had 4 and 5 star gems end at 83-87.
