App or online site for dynasty recruiting?

Did you read the question before you posted the link? Because that link doesn't answer the very specific question that was asked.

Same question that I had. I was so much easier in the older versions to hop on a laptop to do the recruiting.

I appreciate you haha they try to give generic information to brush things off.

      You didn't address the question.  Is there going to be an online app or portal where users can recruit like there was in previous versions of the game.  This was an awesome feature that the dynasty community loved.

We all have the same question.  It would be so much better and easier if we had online/cpu functionality for recruiting like old gen.
