We wanted to jump in and let everyone know that the feedback on this thread has been passed along to the team for review.
Not hearing anything on feedback can be frustrating as you never really know if it was reviewed, sent up, or if changes will be made to the game itself.
Some updates like these changes are being made, we won't know or have the info until patch notes are released so we ask that everyone keep an eye on those notes.
We also want you to continue providing feedback as we continue to send that over to the right teams for review so that they can continue to make improvements that players want out of their games.
We do apologize that some threads have gone untouched and we are reviewing those and will get them as soon as we can. We do see the feedback daily, and we are doing what we can to provide recognition for the feedback you have provided.

@EA_ShepardThank you for the response. I think that is mostly what this thread is asking for - an open line of communication that acknowledges that EA is paying attention.
Still silence I see… moved to checking in once or twice a week to see if I can reinstall since I couldn’t get refund. I know it won’t happen but I’m still naive against my better judgement lol.

Surely, by “changes being made,” you mean the ability to change numbers and facial features and skin tone to Non-NIL players and adding the ability to edit ratings. Because that IS what we are asking for. We don’t want to be shorted, or given some patch, or a workaround, or loophole to disallow us the editing we should rightfully have. Thank you for your response, but we just don’t want another “half-fix” or “compromise.” And this is undoubtedly the largest issue among dynasty fans.
Lets talk about this as well... Since this thread seems to CARE about customization here is my thought with this...(these screenshots are from the first skin tone on both team builders)
CFB: Doesn't have create a player, doesnt have option to edit recruits but gives THOUSANDS on NEXT GEN looking faces that WE CANT EVEN USE unless we are using team builder... Ruins CFB for me
M25: Pushes the same PS2 generic garbage looking faces for the like 10th year in a row. Absolutely unacceptable that CFB made all these new faces but NONE of them can be put in M25 for what reason??? Same looking draft class players with VERY FEW outdated face options. Ruins M25 for me.
Conclusion:
EA does NOT care about customization for any offline players and will give you the bare minimum each year... EA FC, NHL, NBA2K, MLB The Show are all YEAR and miles ahead of EA as far as character customization and its ridiculous. The neglect to offline players is UNACCEPTABLE

Or SOMETHING other than generic drivel that means nothing to anyone.
They sent the Community Manager out to be a meat shield for complaints. I'd honestly be surprised if he has any direct communication with developers. I'm sure they're keeping them in the dark as much as us. EA needs to comment, but when they do it's not going to come from the CM, it'll be some cryptic emoji tweet from one of the devs.
Don’t give me hope
Time will only tell what they have in store with the updates. I will not be picking this game back up until customization within dynasty is an available option again. It ruins the entire immersive experience that dynasty is supposed to offer.
Thanks for the update, albeit your response is intentionally a bit vague, and doesn't give me much confidence the team//devs/EA are willing to address this issue publicly in full.
