- jfeev5081 year agoSeasoned Hotshot@Sgoforth5 There are 2 WRs on South Carolina that both have the number 19. So this can't be it.
- jfeev5081 year agoSeasoned Hotshot@EquipmentGuy1k I like having the real players and I don't think (but I'm also not sure) that using real players is why we can't edit or create players. That seems like a design choice by EA.
I'll admit they got me, but this is the final straw for me. I don't expect this game to be fixed, I don't expect them to do right by the consumers/community I'm definitely not buying anymore of their games and I'm just going to stick to playing 2K, The Show (with fictional rosters because that games franchise mode sucks as well) and the other games I have. - btmnyj8111 year agoSeasoned Veteran
ok, I think I’ve finally figured out why EA hasn’t done anything about this yet. OP never said please in the title. That has to be it, right guys?

Hahaha of course - second to offering our entire bank accounts and our first born.
After years of holding out faith, I think I might be done with EA too. This was really the one game I got pumped for… and I feel like I’ve been not only duped but ignored. They extended the end date a year and I thought “Well they must be close, but props to them for taking an extra year to make sure to get it right”… boy was I wrong.
I can’t trust their product quality or their customer service. Yea 2K constantly shoves monetary modes in your face, but their product quality is light years above EA’s in terms of depth and attention to detail. EA keeps saying they built this new game from the ground up so it would be nothing like Madden. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I honestly think Madden has less bugs in it. They built this new house on swampland.
I can’t believe they leaned on the heart-strings of a community that they knew would buy this game. I remember seeing Matt Brown in an interview mention that EA knew our community would buy this game, but they were trying to figure out how to rope in the 16-25 demographic that hadn’t played this game before. This may push away a good section of their “givens”. I feel bad for them that they don’t know how good the infinity engine was for its time, and the depth of the modes. I hope one day folks vote with their wallet.

@EquipmentGuy1k The work around for that editing bug.. is to add weight or change the height of the player in question... Only then will the game save the edit. For some reason it only happens on certain non nil players.. 🙃... Until they potentially fix the ability to edit non nil players in Dynasty.. this is the only way I can make Hawaii Uni a rival worth my time.
did they delete some posts? This thread was 19 pages. Upon checking in the morning, we’re down to 17??

Hey everyone,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us about this here on AHQ.
I wanted to drop in and let you know that we've passed your thoughts along to the team. While we can't guarantee that this is something that can be changed, we'll continue to share your feedback and ideas regarding player ratings editing.
That said, I also wanted to mention that we do need to make sure that the AHQ Rules & Guidelines are being followed. We don't want to remove your feedback and ideas, but if the rules are being broken we might need to step in and moderate. Please take a moment and review the Rules & Guidelines when you've got the chance.
We appreciate your passion for College Football 25. Wanting to keep a thread like this active by adding your thoughts is totally cool with us. This is just a friendly reminder to make sure we aren't repeatedly posting the same comment or dropping "bump" posts into the same thread. Per the AHQ Rules & Guidelines this is considered spamming or flooding. We've removed some posts like this to clean up the thread.
We'll continue passing along your feedback on this topic and others as we see it. Again, we can't promise this will lead to changes in the game, but we'll make sure that your thoughts are sent to the team.
Thanks again for taking the time to post here on AHQ!
- Sgoforth51 year agoSeasoned Ace@EA_Kent Could you let us know when to expect the next update/ patch? I think the radio silence by EA on when we can expect a patch is frustrating for the fans who want to support the game but are upset at the issues we are experiencing.

Thank you for pushing the issue forward on our behalf, I’m sure it can be frustrating to see this many folks take this much action… but we do appreciate you taking the time to make the folks at EA aware of this.
