So we can supposedly edit fake players that are on the roster before starting dynasty, but we cannot edit random recruits once dynasty starts. This makes no sense and you need to patch this and enable this option in the game.

It makes ZERO sense to not be able to edit AI GENERATED PLAYERS! Why can’t I change jersey numbers? Why can’t I make my RB in year 10 of Dynasty as fast as I want? What is the logical explanation behind these poor decisions?
Don’t get me started on the lack of auto-recruiting settings and lack of formation subs. More basic things that are critical to making the game enjoyable that you just disregarded

I think I’m just really jaded at this point when it comes to EA. Unless they explicitly mentioned they were fixing this, followed by an exact timetable for when it was happening… I’m just gonna operate under the assumption that it’s probably not happening.
It really sucks that offline sports gaming isn’t given the attention or care that it deserves these days. As long as people continue to pour money into things like ultimate team, developers have no reason or incentive to care about offline features such as this

@EA_Kent Any chance that there is an update from the dev team? As you can see, I think all of us on this thread are going from frustrated to dejected without any updates…

I don’t doubt that the support team has pushed this forward, and I’d like to think I speak for everyone here when I say thank you for continuing to push this forward to the dev team on our behalf….
But I think what it comes down to is this: the development team on this game just doesn’t care to even address these issues. It could take 5 minutes to type up/explain why they can’t do something as requested as this.
But they haven’t. Probably because they don’t feel the need to do so.
Yea I think you’re right - at the very least it’s disinterest and at the most willful ignorance of these issues. I guess I just want to keep that bit of hope they will reach out, fix it to give us some semblance of the experience we thought we were paying for.
I know this is pretty much the end of sports games from EA from me… to take such a wonderful series of games and ruin a comeback with such flawed execution…
