Bowl Games Busted

I'm in my dynasty (using some team builder teams) but there seems to be serious problems with how bowl games are chosen. I counted 25 teams with records under .500 playing in bowl games while ranked teams and teams with better records aren't playing. It should make no sense that the #12 team in the nation does not play a single post-season game.
