BRING BACK CUSTOM STADIUM SOUNDS & CHANGE GAME LOCATIONS TO NEUTRAL SITE OPTION!

PLEASE bring back the custom stadium sounds option. Need to be able to add our fcs fight songs and rally songs to the game experience. 

Also, we need the option to FULLY customize our schedules. I can understand conference games being locked, but non conference games should be fully customizable to change stadium locations. If I wanna play Florida in New Orleans, New York, or Dublin it should allow for that change. Hopefully they can send a patch soon. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Thanks
