@tigercpa11 I mean I hired a "D" level assistant that had like 60 something upgrades......that grade is based on if they got fired or not. Ive noticed that most of my options are guys that were head coaches yet got fired, but have tones of tree points
Is that what sets their grade? How silly, lots of good coaches get fired or forced to resign all the time. That rating should be based on skill level.
Why are we limited to such a small selection of coaches? If teams can poach my coaches, why can't I do the same? Why do coaches get hired/fired at the same time, in real life it can happen anytime?
