Can you add people to a online dynasty after starting
So me and my friends are gonna start an online dynasty on July 16 so but not all my friends have the deluxe edition so can we add them when they get the game

I posted this question on FB, and 10 people replied saying yes.

The only big issue will be that you won't be able to do their schedules until they're in the dynasty. The best you can do is schedule the teams they plan to be (if they know) via the users schedules who are already in the dynasty, but you could run into an issue where one of them gets two games scheduled in one week.
