Cannot view player dev traits from several screens

Dev traits are an important aspect of players in Dynasty mode. However, the only way to view them is from the player card, and the player card is inaccessible from many screens such as the depth chart and, critically, the Encourage Transfers screen. There is no way to view player dev traits at all during the offseason week when you cut players. It's also generally inconvenient having to navigate multiple screens away from where you are to check the player card for their dev trait.

We need two changes in order to remedy this:

1. Player card needs to be accessible from any screen that lists players, e.g. depth chart, encourage transfers, etc.

2. Player dev traits should be shown in the player summary card that appears on the right side of these screens. it is a critical piece of information, it does not make sense that we should need to go digging for it.
