Can't start an online dynasty, getting EA servers are not available

I have been trying to start an online dynasty for the past 3 days and every time I select 'Active roster" i get this error message. I have checked my connection and everything is fine, but for some reason I keep getting this error message.

    yup they even turned off the live chat help everyone should go to their twitter and post

    The ea servers are not available at this time please try again later This message appears right after my update
