CFB 26 Wish List - A way to repay us after Losing progress due to server Issues

Hey EA Sports and fellow fans,

I wanted to take a moment to share how much EA College Football 25 means to me. This game has reignited my love for college football and the unmatched joy of building programs, competing, and creating memories with friends. The pageantry, the pregame hype, the snap motion, and the fluid gameplay—it’s all so beautifully crafted. I can feel the passion that went into this game, and it makes me emotional to see college football come alive again in such a vibrant way.

But for me, this game is more than just football. It’s a way to stay connected with friends who live in different states. Running a long-term league, where we can build and compete against each other, has been one of the most rewarding gaming experiences I’ve ever had. The rivalries, the camaraderie, and the stories we create are what truly make this game special.

That’s why losing our second long-running league to server issues hit so hard. Most recently, our league was completely offloaded. It’s frustrating, to say the least, and it takes away from the immersion we’ve worked so hard to build. Stability is everything for leagues like ours, and I hope EA can continue to prioritize this for the future.

That said, I want to commend the EA team for what they’ve done so well. The gameplay is phenomenal, the animations are top-tier, and the overall experience brings college football to life in a way that’s never been done before. But I believe the little details and some enhancements could take this game to the next level.

Here’s my wishlist for improvements I hope to see in the next iteration of the game:

  1. Trophy Room – A place to showcase our championships and rivalries. Let our history live on.
  2. Team and Stat History – Records of past teams, stats, and accomplishments would keep the legacy alive.
  3. Draft Integration – Add an option to play without real players so they can be drafted into Madden. It would greatly increase immersion.
  4. Adaptive AI – Especially on defense. Even on Heisman, some plays are guaranteed touchdowns. Make it more challenging!
  5. Teambuilder Upgrades
    • Increase the number of assets from 10 to 15-20 (like Madden).
    • Remove original team logos from selected stadiums.
    • Ensure custom team logos appear on the dynasty screen like real teams.
    • Allow grade adjustments for created schools.
  6. Coaching Carousel Enhancements
    • Show assistant coaches likely to be fired during decision weeks.
    • Allow viewing of other teams’ incoming freshman rosters when choosing a new school.
    • If you leave a school after building a strong program, allow a chance for some top players to follow you (not guaranteed).
  7. Progression Week in Offseason – Show player improvements or skip the week entirely.
  8. Recruiting Difficulty Slider – Make recruiting tougher for lower-tier schools and give the CPU more power to compete.
  9. Storylines – Bringing some of Madden’s storytelling elements to CFB 26 would add depth.
  10. Two-Way Player Tracking – Accurately reflect players who contribute on both sides of the ball.

These additions and refinements would make an already great game even better and help preserve the immersion and tradition that makes college football so special.

EA, you’ve created something truly remarkable with College Football 25. With just a bit more attention to stability and these immersive details, I believe this game could become legendary for fans like me.

What do you all think? What features would make your experience even better?

— A passionate fan who just wants to keep the traditions alive
