CFB25 Online dynasty roster bug

I’ve ran into some sort of roster bug, where one of my players that jersey I edited somehow transformed him from a wr to a 12 ovr Qb. Ever since this has happened I haven’t been able to play my cpu or user games being that it’s an online multi user dynasty. If you guys could help me with this I’d greatly appreciate it. Don’t want to give up my team or start over at all if possible. Pics posted showing the problem and the error message I received.

    Wanted to drop in and let you know I did some digging into this one. There is not yet an update for this that we have from the team. We are keeping an eye on it and have it reported, so they are aware. 

    Not sure if or when this will be updated in a push, so we ask that you keep an eye on the thread and the patch notes.

    One thing that was called out to us is the "mass tagging" of CMs. Please keep in mind that Mass tagging is on the Do's and Don'ts so be careful if you tag a CM.

    If it gets bumped up to us and we see these reports, they can be actioned and we do not want that. Tagging multipole CMs does not get a faster answer or an update if there is not one.

    We appreciate you bringing this up to us and we will let you know when there is an update.

  • We are in season 3 week 0 and I have no free practice mode option , even when reloading….in worried I won’t be able to play any games and I don’t know which player it the bug as ratings and cards seem fine .  I might be super screwed since I don’t even know who the player is

    @EA_Shepard Is there still not any solution for this? I’m in year 7 of a online dynasty and now gonna have to sit out a year

    You have said "we're working on this" since September, we're going on 3+ months now of a game breaking glitch. You are ruining a big amount of your community's dynasty servers because of some "bug" that somehow y'all cant figure out how to fix in over 3 months. If you can't fix it just say it. Or at least let us players that have the glitch reach out so someone so you can remove those players from the online rosters.

    @EA_Shepard It’s now been almost 6 months since this message and it just happened last night ruining an online dynasty going into its 5th year. You wanna complain about being tagged then continue to do nothing? Garbage

    Hey EA_Shepard - it’s mid-February, and I don’t see a response or fix for this issue. . . . .7 months and waiting.

    You didn't solve anything. You just told him you were aware of the problem. At least he got a response. I've posted at least a dozen times and never heard anything but crickets. EA ... if you're listening... get in touch with me at the email you have on file, so I can go over all of the problems and know that a person is paying attention to and working on them. I feel as though there is no meaningful support .... because I've seen scarce evidence of such. DO BETTER.

    Don't hold your breath. This is the first time I've even seen evidence that "support" exists. Dozens of posts. Even more comments in open dialogues. Crickets. EA is exactly as bad as their reputation.. Call you EA_Shepard  I'd like some DIRECT, IMMEDIATE SUPPORT PLEASE. You've neglected me, every issue I've reported, anything I've ever typed and submitted to this forum. Time to make  up for that. I'm sure you can find my email through my account information, associated with my username. Hop to it.

    Also here waiting for a fix they've known about for 6 months. Really frustrating this hasn't been fixed. Forcing me to quit an online dynasty to avoid the whole dynasty being upended. Great job EA_Kent and EA_Shepard

    EA_KentEA_Sheparddo not care about the community. Any big issue gets replied to with the same exact default generated message. But you already bought the game so anything that doesn't directly effect sales or the shops will not get fixed with any urgency. Classic EA move. 

  • Same thing happened to me. I have to sit out the whole season and we’re a 48 hr advance league. Extremely frustrating. I built my team from the ground up. I was excited for this season and now I have to sit out. Please fix this!
