Coach Customization

 When I start my Dynasty and try to pick my head coach there seems to be a major lack of customization of appearance and apparel! I was wondering if EA could expand on this and let people be able to customize the head coaches face detail, hairstyles and facial hairstyles? Adding more apparel like visors, hats, different type of shirts, jackets, vests, shoes and etc would be great!
