Coaches abilities not working after accepting a new job

I have leveled my coach all the way up with the original team I  started dynasty with. I’ve been accepted a new coaching position and now that I have, my coaches ability benefits aren’t working. For ...

Still an issue and I haven't changed schools but I went to have every position able to scout in 20 hours to now they take 30 hours.  I do seem to be receiving the bonus from the offensive coordinator as he has that bonus for offensive players but my bonuses as head coach are not applying to all positions.
