Coaches abilities not working after accepting a new job

@Th3fall3n2k11My scouting takes 30 hours as well. It's supposed to be 20? I have the recruiter skill as well and thought that was normal, damn.

Not sure if the off season exp boost are doing much either. I have the skill as well as my OC and DC.
