Coaching Carousel P5 to G5
Had a couple great seasons with Texas Tech and wanted to rebuild a smaller program. But the only 3 offers I ever get is from P5. Does this happen to anyone else? Is this a fluke? It seems to happen...

2 different Weeks, two different Job Offer for me everytime. The First Week i get mostly "same/literal" Offer like 4.5*/5* OC and DC Job Offer,mostly DC Job Offer. Then i simulate another Week and get Downgrade Offer from few 2* or 3* Star Teams as new HC,but only 4 Offer. No more,everytime 4 other Offer.
I played with Georgia or Alabama.
You guys are getting job offers?! I just finished year 3 of a G5 school. I made the playoff each year and no job offers.
