Coaching Carousel

Has anyone noticed that they say you get four weeks to decide what jobs you wanna take but really it’s only two after two weeks. It goes right to Coach carousel and you don’t have any more job offers and usually there anywhere from 5 to 10 head coaching jobs available and, their system on what they use to decide is ridiculous schools preferences are garbage And they need to scrap it. I don’t care if it’s a job offer downgrade I should be able to take Akron and rebuild them Especially when I’m a higher level coach, I don’t think Nevada cares if you were a head coach of Michigan and all of a sudden you just wanna get a new job change and you can’t because for whatever reason the game does not want Nevada to hire you

an NCAA 14 the coach carousel was pretty good, not fantastic, but it was good enough to where people weren’t gonna complain about not getting the job offer of the school you want because you’re part of the alma mater or you were a national championship winning coach and wanted to go coach for whoever the lowest rank school because they’re gonna take you they’re gonna throw the job at you in 2025 they don’t do that
