I just seemed through a season where I took you to a bowl game didn’t win it, but it took them there and I was a C+ prestige head coach. There was three teams that I thought that I thought would offer me a job, Nevada, UL, Monroe, and Boise state Out of those three I could not they didn’t offer me a job instead UL Monroe took an F rated head coach Nevada took an F rated head coach Boise State a rated head coach over me. This is ridiculous and this is ruining the game for me.
Someone in a separate related post told me they most of the jobs are asking for the other two types of coaches (not recruiters). I’m guessing most people are making recruiting specialists but that isn’t what jobs are looking for so the offers are low. Personally, I would think a school would want a recruiter coach but probably just want a winner.
