Has anyone figured out what each school looks for when hiring a coach? I didn't start off at the school I want to coach at in the hopes of earning that job, but I cannot seem to get an offer from them when the job is open. I started at Southern Miss and brought them up. I took the Ohio State OC job 7-8 years in and still can't get an IU offer lol. Any thoughts?

When you lose your coordinators you don't often get good ones! We should be able to go after other schools coordinators and be able to upgrade the coordinators' skills! The skill cap need to be removed!
