comprehensive list of dynasty issues (no longer updating)

@bribribri424242 EA appeared to put a legitimate effort into their first title patch so I felt reinvigorated to support them. Here is to hoping the community managers can pass this along to the devs and we continue to get the improved communication we have seen over the past couple days since that 8/8 patch.
