I know that there is an active thread for this issue and you stated it a bit on your post, but specifically for the University for Hawai’i the Proximity to Home for Hawai’i based players is 100% an F rating. This was an issue from before the bug (some threads as old as 3 weeks), and Im surprised that this obvious and reproducible bug was not addressed in the latest patch. I know that your example uses UMass and the ratings don’t seem “accurate”, but having an in-state player 100% of the time with an F rating is even worse than an “accuracy” issue, its just plain broken.
