Couple things I noticed:
There is no warning when a coordinator leaves/retires. I finished a season, simmed into the next preseason and found out my A prestige DC was gone and the game just gave me a random F prestige one. Would be nice to get a message at some point announcing one or both your coordinators are considering leaving/retiring and you get to try to persuade them to stay like you do with your players.
Small bug: I as well as a few others have had game finals show up as 35-14 FINAL/OT, and 31-17 FINAL/OT, which are impossible scores. On mine, the box score only showed 4 quarters played however. Not sure about the others.
Why can't we pick neutral sites for custom schedules? Would be nice to have the option to play non-conference games at neutral venues.
