I've had this happen twice now in the past week and was curious if anyone else was seeing this happen too:
When finishing an offseason in dynasty mode and transition to a new season, my game menu options have glitched and duplicated my "upgrade staff" tab instead of showing the initial "Set Recruiting Board and Scout Prospects" option. This is the first bit of recruiting that gives you a few more hours to work with compared to when you get into the season. I only noticed it duplicated because when I'd advance to the next week, a ton of prospects had already received scholarship offers, my hours were lower than usual, and I was behind by a week already.
For reference, I was entering my 7th season at East Carolina where I had built up my initial hours to ~1000 hours, but instead, I was only working with 700 hours in week zero. I'm thinking going forward if this happens again, I'll close my app (ps5) and reload to see if that fixes it.

I’ve attached a photo here of what happened for me. There’s two options, but the next week began the preseason and i was able to recruit properly. Soooo not quite sure.
