Awards/Polls #3 has been driving me crazy. I've had a DE get the defensive PotY award twice, and DE of the year too, and he isn't on all-american 1st or 2nd. It's nuts.
There's also a bug with the carousel, or it's unclear and appears to be a bug. You get 0 offers during a contract year. But the contract comes before carousel and you have no option to decline the contract and take another job. It's just really awkward, being forced into another season with 0 choice.
having a bunch of these issues.. honestly put the game away until I hear an offline patch is available.

SIM LOGIC is still way to broken - while I'm sure in Madden the parity is great it's annoying in this game - I don't feel cool taking Miami of Ohio to the playoff at 10-3 (especially when Middle Tennesee and Memphis both got in as well with 3 losses) while Georgia and Alabama both finish like 7-5...
further revamp to the COACHING CAROUSEL - so far it looks like you get at most 8 offers an offseason, if your prestige or current job is deemed too good most offers just aren't available to you.. If Kirby Smart wanted to move to GSU or GASO if their coach suddenly left you best believe the school would move mountains to bring him in (poor example I'm sure but honestly as we become a beast of a coach we should have our say when it comes to openings and not so limited) - future games could easily implement an interview process where we try to convince schools we arent quite good enough for to take a chance... but for now I'd be happy with more options and not being locked out of "job downgrades"

I just did a dynasty with 3 coordinators (2 OC/ 1 DC). All were C-USA teams. The DC team ended 11-2 with a top defense and received no offers. One OC went undefeated until the playoffs and received no offers. One DC went 11-1 and only received an OC offer from Washington. Also the undefeated C-USA team was a top 4 team in the CFP. At best, they should have been a 12 seed (Big 10 team didn't get the bye). I'm really hoping they fix the coaching offers issue in the next job.
@FCvonGillsYeah. I have put it away for now. The redshirt stuff is really annoying. Also the change to the tendency when changing scheme was a really bad one. Pretty much all my DTs want to transfer now because they are all speed rushers when most were run stoppers. I am hoping one of these upcoming updates will fix the individual player tendencies (dependent on ratings) but have a feeling I will be starting my dynasty over.
Usually I don’t buy a game until it has been out for at least 2 months. For sure following this rule again.
