Yeah I had the Defensive player of the year, Lombardi award winner and best DE of the year. He didn’t make the All American team at DE and was second team in the conference despite clearly being the best player at the position.

Awards and player progression need reworks.
Won a Heisman with my RB at Akron. He ended up second-team All-MAC. Wasn’t 1st or 2nd National All-American either. Meanwhile my backup Center who didn’t play a snap all year was first-team All-MAC. Way too much value assigned to OVR and not stats. RB was a 78 OVR, and the Center was 85 OVR.
For player progression, not seeing much benefit to identifying higher dev traits. Development seems far too randomized. Had two Elite dev players with next to no skill caps. One DE and one CB. Both started at 68 OVR and did take an expected jump to mid-high 70s after their redshirt year. Both started for four years after that and won multiple national awards. But they stopped progressing and didn’t come close to maxing any skill caps. After 5 years, the DE finished 85 OVR and the CB finished at 83 OVR. Between his SO and SR season, the CB went from 77 to 83 OVR despite winning the Thorpe award twice. Again, Elite Dev and almost no skill caps. I even built my coach to emphasize in-season and off-season training progession for DL and DBs. They should have been 90+ OVR players based on their development system.Lastly, the practice button in dynasty is bugged. It literally just disappears at times. Can’t get it back without starting a game and exiting, or advancing the week.
