CPU misses too many chip shot field goals from the hashes

While the CPU on heisman feels overpowered in many ways, it routinely misses 20-something yard field goals from the hash marks.  It’s almost like it computes the optimal kick angle incorrectly every time and will always miss a kick from the left hash mark left and from the right hash mark right. 

It is almost humorous since it almost never misses a 53 yard kick but 25 yarders from a hash mark are 50/50, if that. 

Is anyone else seeing this?  I’m using a fg accuracy slider of 45, but I doubt this is the root cause.
