Custom PAC 12 Bowl berths

I’ve found that when I rebuild the PAC12 conference (10 team), that there are no bowl projections for any team that wasn’t projected to make the CFP. I haven’t gotten far along enough to know if that carries over to actual bowl games, but this should be fixed.
