I don't edit my schedules BUT the logic behind conference scheduling is still not working either.
I did some custom conferences, either 12 or 14 teams per conference (8 independents), no divisions, 8 games per conference. In the first season, every team in the Mountain West only played 7 conference games, and two Pac 12 teams played 7 while the rest played 8. If you simulate many seasons there will always be a couple teams per year that play the wrong number of conference games. Additionally, the further into the dynasty you go, the more weird home/away splits you get. Oklahoma State had a year where they only played 2 of 8 conference games at home, etc.
I tried with various combinations of conference games, divisions on/off and nothing seemed to work
@kjzk13 I've run many simulations for multiple seasons and get similar results. This didn't happen with NCAA 14. It wasn't perfect but it was better than this game when it came to custom conferences and custom scheduling. They got it right 11 years ago. They can't get it right now??? It's ridiculous and makes the game unplayable in dynasty mode which is all I play. I wasted money on a new PS5 and this game.
- @ThatBoyZD Yeah I have been waiting months to start my "real" dynasty waiting for this to be fixed and I'm not sure it will at this point
