Defensive Coordinator Randomly Replaced After CFB Championship

PS5 Have latest patch as of 8/12/25

So I'm 4 seasons into dynasty the first three seasons I noticed coordinators could randomly disappear.

They aren't fired, they aren't hired by another team, they have not gone to the NFL. They are nowhere on the staff moves list.

First 3 seasons fine, they would randomly leave and I would hire their replacement.

This season I check every week and my coordinators are still there  until I advance to Championship week. My old coordinator still shows up on coach skills but a new one was hired who is terrible and now 15 of my players have gone to the portal.

Please fix this or at the lease enable coach firing hiring through Championship week!
