Desync Errors
One of my users keeps having Desync errors in every game and now he can’t play. He tried creating a new coach and resetting his system. Please advise. He didn’t have this problem until the last title update.

Update: the team is broken. A new user joined on the team (Arizona) and received the same desync errors as the previous user. Can’t play a game at all with that team. Other users are having desync issues as well but after closing app and restating their system it works for them. On Arizona however that is not the case.
