Disconnect after playing a game in Dynasty mode

So for the past few days I have been trying to play a game in my offline and online franchise modes and after the game when I hit return to hub it says cant connect to dynasty mode then backs me all ...

Yeah mine has been like this for a few weeks. Most of the time it auto saves but sometimes it doesn’t. Last night I just had a top 5 matchup, throwing 7 TDs to squeak by, and have to replay the game smh
