Dynasty Awards and All American Broken also stats not sorting properly

Do you know why my qb can win the heisman and not qb of the year? Is their a minimum of passes or something?

This has to be the answer...  I moved my qtr length to 8 min and sim the first half now, and suddenly my team is full of All-Americans.
