Dynasty not allowing me to play my online game

Everytime I press play game it keeps kicking me back to the main menu I want to know why also it says (our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu. I NEED  HELP ANYONE
