Dynasty: Practice mode does not allow coop (multi-player)

Dynasty practice mode does not allow more than one player per team ☹️

More than 1 controller can move to the same team in the "team select" screen, but only a single player will actually be able to play in practice.

Please make Dynasty practice like "play now" practice mode, allow coop practice.
