Dynasty recruiting error/glitch

Question

Whenever I start a new dynasty with a power 5 school, there are zero 3* and lower recruits interested in my school. Most of the time I start with with Arkansas, I’ll have 1-4 5* and 10ish 4* recruits that have me in their top 10 and then no one other recruits interested in my school. Def makes it hard to build a dynasty. I have tried online and single dynasties, changes the coach type and tried custom coach and default coach. All with the same result. I have so deleted the game off of my PS5 and redownloaded it.

anyone have an idea what might be wrong with my game?

The only solution I have found is to first pour ALL coach exp points into recruiting, by season 3 I'm always in top 5. Second is until my recruiting skills are high enough, I just recruit any players I can, even 1 and 2 star, then I just edit their skills.

Of course you can also pick a college EA deems 'uber' in the Big Ten or SEC, such as Ore, Ohio State, Ala Georgia, or ND. They just love those schools and they come out ahead in all aspects of recruiting, game play and siming.

Yep it's 'cheating' and lame but it's the only option EA has left me.
