Dynasty Recruiting

I love the idea of building a dynasty in the game, especially working up the ranks from OC/DC., but recruiting responsibilities do not seem to align with the progression up the ladder. In a future update could we see an option for recruiting players only on the coordinator’s side of the ball without the low-level recruit auto-fill for positions on the opposite side? I believe this would greatly enhance the user experience in Dynasty mode.
