Dynasty Too Many Leagues Error - You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues.

It says I am the commissioner of 20 leagues, and now I can’t start a new franchise. I look up my gamer tag and I have no active leagues. This is the first day what’s the fix?

Why does it say I’m the commissioner of 20 leagues when I don’t have a single one? It won’t let me create a dynasty because of it.
