#1 Issue with franchise is the sim engine. Powerhouse teams like Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama etc. are being upset 3-4 times a year. Some G5 schools are going undefeated and walking through the entire playoff every year. (I simmed a 12 straight years of a dynasty and Old Dominion was the second winningest program in the entire game only behind Oregon while never recruiting a top 5 class and having 11 draft picks in 12 seasons, I have screenshots of this) Bad/average teams are way overperforming and elite teams are underperforming.
#1a. The ranking system is extremely flawed. I've seen 7-5 teams in the playoffs. 8-4 teams ranked ahead of 11-1 P5 schools..
#2 Team ratings are WAY too close together. This one is self explanatory, you have a 0-99 rating but EVERY team is within 20 overall of each other. I understand you likely didn't want to rate real people in the 50s and 60s as to note hurt anyone's feelings but reality of it is, the starters on UMass, UConn, Kennesaw wouldn't even make the team at Georgia.
#3 Some recruits will not allow you to schedule visits.
#4 Editing numbers on generated players.. c'mon
#5 Team history tab would be awesome to track teams records, all time leaders, winningest coaches, etc
This one isn't dynasty specific, but the play variety is far worse in this than in 14 in my opinion. In 14 my playstyle of choice was a spread triple option. In 14 almost every formation had a triple option in it. 4 wide would have a WR go in motion to become the pitch man for example and almost every shotgun set had this, now there are maybe 5-6 shotgun sets that have this and they are all essentially the same set with a different name (all the split back sets for example)
