Dynasty Spectator AI Is MORONIC!!!!!

Before some idiot chimes in about spectating games...I'd rather recruit and build the team and watch it play in the background while doing other things than be held captive playing a full game.  That said:

The AI in spectator mode is f'ing pathetic.  My field general QB just holds on to the ball for 10-15 seconds until the CPU sacks him, meanwhile the CPU QB with no better awareness rating than my QB is able to find receivers no problem or throw the ball away.  It's pathetic.  After 10 years EA still can't find anyone competent enough to program the AI to perform somewhat intelligently.   Also, I'm tired of watching my team lose to vastly inferior teams.  Why is it so hard to make players play according to their ratings???  WTF are there ratings for if they don't play according to them?

How about actually hiring people that know something about football to check this sh*t before you throw it out.  Pathetic!!!!

    Do you have coach mode off?  The settings not in dynasty it's in settings on the main menu before entering dynasty.  Be warned it's pretty bad, QB will still get sacked and intercepted a lot.

    Yeah, coach mode is off.  I don't want to play it or coach it, just let it play in the background and watch as I do other things.  I can't believe the AI has gotten this bad as the years have gone on.  You'd think things would get better.

    Try turning it on.  It will cause the AI to take control of your QB as long as you don't touch the controls after the snap.
