Dynasty Too Many Leagues Error - You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues.

I am trying to play dynasty mode but is says "Sorry, Cloud Dynasty is currently unavailable." How do I play dynasty?

    Dynasty mode says I am already commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league. Problem with that is I only have two dynasty leagues
