Dynasty Too Many Leagues Error - You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues.

I’m unable to create an online dynasty.  Initallu, I received multiple messages stating that the servers were busy.  Now I’m receiving a message that states that I’m already the commissioner of 20 leagues.  Please advise!

    Me and my friend have come across the exact same issue. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game as well as deleting my save data but nothing has worked as of now.

      Getting warning you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new one.
      Online mode
      Cut the game off and restarted several times

      happens when trying to make an online dynasty 100% of the time.
