I have this issue as well. I deleted my entire profile and all other saved items, but continues to receive that error message. This HAS to be an EA server issue because there is no way to resolve this issue from the console.

I have the same issue. Why do we have to use cloud for team builder teams. So frustrating. Just charge me the price you want me to pay to make game work instead of bleeding me through purchasing broken cloud . I play single player but still need cloud to play with team builder teams.
i will give you $200, if you can make it work without need of cloud for team builder dynasty.

How can I fix this ? I have had problem for days. Could not play few days I had available.
