Summarize your bug Unable to create online dynasty, says “you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league. However, I do not have any online dynasties at the moment to delete.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Does not allow me to create an online dynasty or be assigned a dynasty owner
What do you expect to see? The option to create an online dynasty or become owner of pre-existing dynasty.
