Dynasty unable to load

I am having this same issue. I am in an online dynasty that will no longer load. My helmet is black on the load screen and it says Dynasty Save instead of the team I am. When I try to load in to the dynasty it gives me an error saying the servers are down but they are not. Every other dynasty works but this was a year 2 dynasty with 8 members. I need this recovered.
