- 6 months ago@EA_Failroader Hey any way you can actually try to get some information or reach out to someone? As a community manager for a major EA franchise, I’d expect that you have a little bit more reach than you’re portraying. A large portion of the user base has been alienated, and as you can see from this thread alone, we’re all a little restless and peeved that we cannot enjoy something we’ve spent our hard earned money on.

To be honest, they aren’t worried about this game anymore. If you take a look at the majority of the post history from all community managers, they are focused on everything madden and college/madden ultimate team.
I just went ahead and got my charge back from my CC and formally logged a case with MSFT so they don’t suspend my account for the charge back.
can’t sell a product full price, break it after the refund period expires, and then disappear! That’s not fair to the consumer
