[Feature Request] Be promoted to HC from OC/DC in Dynasty

In Dynasty, you should be able to be promoted to HC from OC or DC at the same school when the HC leaves or is fired.

This would reward you for your recruiting efforts as OC/DC and add realism the game.

I know other people have complained about this or tried to get around it by boomeranging (going to another school then being hired back), but it seems near impossible to get a return offer from the old school.
