Firing/Hiring Coordinators

@illmatic84Yes, but you can only do so at one given time in the year. I think it's during the conference championship week or the week after. Then the hiring is dragged out and you get to go into the playoffs without the boosts from your fired coach and you may not even get the guy you thought you hired and just end up with whoever they decide to give you  This also applies to when a coach leaves. Great system

I wish you could see who was available to see if you wanted to make a change/ upgrade.  Also wish I saw more recruiter types.

The biggest problem i have noticed is the AI coaches don't unlock secondary tier coach trees. They will only ever have recruiter, motivator, and tactician if they don't already have the tree unlocked when they are created

The issue I have is when you go to hire a new coordinator they only give you a certain selection. They don’t give you everyone and nine times out of 10 those coordinators don’t fit your scheme anyway so then, but you’re stuck waiting around another year for another set of coordinators, and hopefully they’ll fit your scheme. 
this is one of the things that really irritates me about EA that they’re not trying to fix
