Fix the AI

Gameplay sliders - CPU Interceptions set to zero and then the CPU, who has been getting torched all of a sudden starts getting unrealistic, impossible interceptions. Minimum player speed threshold is worthless. If set to zero, players with 88 speed can still catch players with 97 speed from behind. It's not fatigue, it's just stupid logic.

AI decides it wants to score, or change the momentum, there is no scheme, no play call, no player ability to stop it. This is ridiculous and has been a problem with EA's CPU since forever. You can absolutely be dominating and then the AI will decide it wants to score, their players might as well be OP 99 in all categories. They will break 11 tackles. Run perfect routes. Have more speed than player-controlled players who are faster, quicker, etc. They will hold on to any catch no matter how hard they are hit and will score no matter what.

If a player is good enough to take a weaker team and dominate a stronger team, there shouldn't be drives where the CPU suddenly becomes OP in all aspects and user-controlled players are lessened. The only other option is to play on Freshman - which is too easy.

Fix this!

  • It’s pathetic coding. The ratings are useless in “harder” difficulties. The user AI makes the most unnatural decisions and movements.

EA wants the player to look past a bunch of problems just to make it more difficult.

It’s really just pathetic all the way around.
